Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking compassionate individuals to join our Nurse Aide in Training Program in Missouri. You will work under licensed nurses while completing a State-Approved Nurse Aide Training Program, gaining hands-on experience in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

You’ll learn ADLs, transfers, feeding support, infection control, and essential documentation while developing a path to becoming a CNA.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Enrollment in State-Approved Nurse Aide Training Program required or eligible.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help residents with meals, hydration, and comfort needs.
• Assist with ambulation, repositioning, and transfers.
• Answer call lights and respond to resident requests.
• Make beds and prepare resident rooms.
• Assist with meal service and dining room support.
• Organize resident rooms and personal belongings.
• Clean and sanitize resident care equipment.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training.

Position Summary

As a Nurse Aide in Training, you'll work under the supervision of licensed nurses while completing a State-Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program. You'll develop the knowledge and hands‑on skills needed to become a successful Certified Nursing Assistant while providing compassionate care to residents.

What You'll Learn

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Safe resident transfers, positioning, and mobility assistance
• Feeding assistance and hydration support
• Bed making and room preparation
• Infection prevention and infection control practices
