Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent

As a Nurse Aide, you will:

• Participate in and receive resident reports at the start/end of each shift.
• Monitor resident requests and needs in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities within and outside the center.
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required.
• Create a safe, comfortable, and clean environment, ensuring residents' needs are met.
• Meet residents' food service needs promptly and compassionately.
• Work within established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement programs, and safety standards.
• Attend and participate in training, educational classes, and orientations to improve quality of care.
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
