Job summary

Baptist Health in Paducah, KY is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care on a full-time basis. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor routine vital signs, and help maintain a safe, clean care environment under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Summary

Job Description:

Full Time / 36 hours weekly/ 12-hour shifts / 7AM

Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.

Essential Duties:

• Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice
