Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to support seniors at home in O'ahu. You will assist with daily tasks, provide companionship, and monitor health changes to ensure safety and independence.

We offer flexible hours, part-time or full-time roles, and weekly pay to fit your life. Training is provided and team support is strong, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Strong empathy and ability to communicate with seniors.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship.
• Notice changes in health or mood and speak up when it matters.
• Team up with caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care.

You\'d Be a Great Fit If You...

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
• Have a heart for helping others (senior care experience is a plus, not a must)
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team
• Have a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation
• Are comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support
