Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This not a fixed-location role; you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed.

Ideal for caregivers who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to different home environments, with consistent hours and the ability to take on multiple shifts each week.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification.
• Completion of in-person skills training.
• High availability for multiple shifts / longer hours.
• Willingness to travel across Oahu.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
