Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. You will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed, providing essential personal care, mobility assistance, companionship and transport support.

The role offers flexibility, opportunities to work multiple shifts, and hands-on training while contributing to high-quality home care for seniors across the island.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification.
• Completion of in-person skills training.
• High availability and willingness to work multiple shifts / longer hours.
• Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks.

We are currently hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This is not a fixed-location role — you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed.

This position is ideal for caregivers who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to different home environments, especially those looking for consistent hours and able to take on multiple shifts each week.

What You’ll Do
