Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to help seniors stay independent and safe in their own homes on O’ahu.

You’ll assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, provide companionship, and notice health changes, coordinating with other caregivers as needed. We offer $21-$25 per hour with weekly pay, flexible hours, hands-on training, and a supportive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in senior care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and notice health changes to the team.
• Drive clients to appointments and coordinate with caregivers.

• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island

You'd Be a Great Fit If You...

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii
• Have a heart for helping others (senior care experience is a plus, not a must)
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Are comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support
