Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This role is not fixed to one location and involves stepping in where coverage is needed, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

The position is ideal for caregivers who are dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working with diverse home environments, often taking on multiple shifts weekly. Training and ongoing support are provided as part of floater coverage across the island.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification.
• Completion of in-person skills training.
• High availability and willingness to work multiple shifts / longer hours.
• Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu.

We are currently hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This is not a fixed-location role — you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed.

This position is ideal for caregivers who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to different home environments, especially those looking for consistent hours and able to take on multiple shifts each week.

What Youll Do

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support

What Were Looking For
