Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide essential support to nursing staff by performing basic patient care duties and assisting with daily living activities. You will help ensure a safe, clean environment and respond promptly to patient needs in a fast-paced setting.

Minimum six months of experience in acute or long-term care is preferred, and CPR/BCLS certification is required. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and document vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, and blood pressure, as well as intake and output measurements.
• Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge, including handling personal belongings.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable patient environment.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights, telephone, and paging systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
