Columbus Technical College seeks a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as the Program Director/Instructor for the Nurse Aide and Allied Health programs. This full-time position requires a dynamic leader to oversee all aspects of program development and instruction, ensuring compliance with the Georgia Department of Community Health’s Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP) policies and standards. The role includes administrative leadership, student evaluation, classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction. Additional duties include attending staff development training, workshops, seminars, conferences, and advisory committee meetings and completing mandatory staff development training.This position is Full-time/exempt.
Note: Position will require physical ability to move about or stand for long periods; Position also requires bending, stooping, reaching, and ability to safely lift up to 50lbs unassisted.

Salary is commensurate with education/experience. Benefits include state holidays, annual leave, and sick leave, State of Georgia Retirement, Health and Flexible Benefits Program.
