Job summary

FH Staffing is currently seeking an RN/LPN Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Watertown, MA. You will provide direct patient care, administer meds, and support physicians during procedures in a collaborative, family-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of nursing experience, hold an active RN or LPN license, and demonstrate strong teamwork and patient education skills. Daily Pay option available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Ability to provide patient-centered care and education

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates in planning and evaluating nursing care with the team.
• Supports admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Monitors and reports patients' vital signs and condition.
• Maintains safe and comfortable environment for patients.

RN/LPN Registered Nurse Licensed Practical Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.

Experience:

• RN/LPN Registered Nurse Licensed Practical Nurse:1 year (Preferred)

License:

• RN/LPN Registered Nurse Licensed Practical Nurse(Required)
