Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing with three years of nursing experience.
• BLS CPR certification required within 7 days.
• ACLS and CPI certifications within orientation.
• RN license valid across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site administrative representative and coordinate Patient Care Services during shifts.
• Oversee patient throughput, bed availability, and room assignments; communicate with multidisciplinary departments.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate efforts to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
• Participate in rounds, managerial decisions, committees, and assist in division budget development.
