Responsibilities

• Offer formal education and mentorship by experienced DNS
• Work alongside a DON to learn clinical systems and operations
• Prepare for clinical leadership roles such as DNS
• Collaborate with Executive Director, staff, and support partners
• Placement in nurse leadership roles upon program completion

This 3 to 6-month program combines off-site and on-site learning, emphasizing leadership behaviors, styles, and team performance to prepare nurses for leadership in healthcare settings.
