This role will be responsible for updating charts and consolidate records from various sources to prepare for patient visits. As a nurse abstractor, you will identify conditions and treatment plans for physicians and address patient safety concerns with the care team.

Schedule: Part Time, Flexible schedule, 25 hours a week.

We can work with your availability.

*This is a remote position with a requirement to live in the Kansas City metro.

The Work:

Review scanned medical records. Identify risk factors. Keep new patient information updated for future visits.

Pull in outside records into chart from CareEverywhere when available.
