Job summary

The Kidz Club PPEC, located in the Town of Florida, NY, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This role offers the unique benefit of no Sundays, no night shifts, and no on-call requirements, focusing instead on meaningful day-shift pediatric care.

You will be responsible for caring for children with medical complexities, working closely with pediatricians and families. We aim to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Qualifications

• Current RN/LPN licensure (or provisional license) required.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic charting.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and negative TB test needed.
• Passion for pediatric care important; 6 months experience preferred.

• Provide daily care for children with medical complexities.
• Coordinate with pediatricians and therapists for comprehensive care.
• Create a nurturing environment for children and families.

As an RN/LPN you'll care for children with medical complexities in our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) setting, coordinating with pediatricians, therapists, and families to create a nurturing, whole‑child experience. Every day brings connection, purpose, and the joy of watching kids overcome, grow and thrive.

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN/LPN licensure (or provisional license)
• Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic charting

• A heart for pediatric care – 6 months’ experience preferred, but passion is a must!
