Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency treatment to injured employees.
• Manage minor illnesses.
• Maintain the company’s first-aid room / medical center.
• Conduct routine health check-ups and medical screenings.
• Monitor chronic conditions (blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory issues).
• Maintain accurate employee health records.
• Report and document workplace accidents and incidents.
• Assist the Labour Doctor with pre-employment medical checks (vitals, medical history, basic tests such as vision, BP, BMI, audiometry if required).
• Ensure all medical files are handled confidentially and in compliance with regulations.
