Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living in Lafayette, Indiana, is seeking a licensed LPN to provide nursing care per each resident's plan of care and monitor health status. You will coordinate services and support health promotion and preventive care for residents.

Qualifications

• Two years LPN experience required.
• Two years’ experience in assisted living or in a nursing home.

• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
