Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LakeHouse Senior Living operates care and lifestyle-focused Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across five states. As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with clients’ plans of care, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of client conditions, health promotion, prevention, and coordination of services.

Qualifications

• Two years LPN experience required.
• Two years’ experience in assisted living or a nursing home.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to resident services and care.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
• A dedication to seniors and their well‑being is essential.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
