Job summary

Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an RN/LPN to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a family-friendly environment. The role includes administering medications, assisting physicians with procedures, and supporting patients and families with health education.

Responsibilities cover admissions, transfers, discharges, vital signs monitoring, and contributing to unit management. A 1-year experience is preferred and a valid RN/LPN license is required.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required/active.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.

• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
