Job summary

Virginia Beach City Public Schools is seeking part-time tutors to support students with early numeracy skills. Selected tutors will work under the direction of school administration to provide small group instruction and will support up to two schools per week.

This is a temporary position with immediate start through 5/28/2027. Compensation varies by certification level: Certified Tutors $33.59/hr and Non-Certified Tutors $27.21/hr, with no discrimination in employment policies.
