Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd. is seeking a Proposal / Design Engineer – Nuclear to join the Systems + Solutions Americas team in Export, PA.

You will develop technical solutions, prepare proposals, support sales activities, and manage projects from concept through startup and commissioning while delivering nuclear-focused vacuum system designs. The role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, creating P&IDs, 3D models, BOMs, and engineering documentation, and ensuring project

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vacuum systems or EPC environments is preferred.
• 3D modeling experience required; Pro-E/Creo and Inventor/Vault proficiency desired.
• Strong technical competency in rotating equipment and vacuum applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer specs.
• Size and design process, thermal, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
• Develop cost estimates, pricing, schedules, and bid documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations and QA/QC.
