Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 2 years of applicable engineering experience, or Master’s degree with no experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance.
  • 1 year experience with electrical or software testing and verification.

Responsibilities

  • Perform decomposition of safety manuals into requirements for design teams.
  • Provide systems-engineering expertise for design, integration, and testing.
  • Interface directly with DoD and DOE compartments.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with DOORs, Cameo, TeamCenter, GIT, JAZZ, NX, or Capitol
Knowledge of Nuclear Surety requirements
Experience in electrical or software analyses

Education

Bachelor’s degree in STEM
