Qualifications

• Background in export control licensing, classification or enforcement.
• Experience in treaty implementation, or programme analysis.
• Ability to write rigorously about misuse scenarios for a compliance context.

Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts across benign, dual-use, and adversarial levels.
• Evaluate model responses against a policy standard.
• Write a reference answer with the technical reasoning and justification.
