Job summary

Onward Technologies Limited seeks an experienced Nuclear Requirements Management Engineer to support regulatory compliance, requirements engineering, and design governance. You will evaluate US/Canada/Europe regulations, perform gap analyses, and maintain end-to-end traceability between regulatory sources and engineering design using Teamcenter RM or IBM DOORS.

You will support audits, validation matrices, and training of teams in requirements management tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical requirements management and engineering design processes.
• Familiar with INCOSE practices and ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 and 29148.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Teamcenter RM or IBM DOORS.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate nuclear regulations, codes, and standards for applicability across international markets.
• Perform gap analyses between regulatory requirements and engineering design documentation.
• Write, review, validate, and trace technical requirements using Teamcenter RM or IBM DOORS.
• Conduct requirements audits against the Requirements Management Plan and applicable procedures.
• Support nuclear design processes, plant safety assessments, and engineering standards compliance.
• Develop requirements validation matrices, audit reports, metrics, and dashboards.
• Train and mentor engineering teams on requirements management tools and processes.
