Job summary

You will reinforce the Zero Tolerance philosophy with management, monitor trends in component failures, and coordinate with outage teams and site leadership to improve reliability. Travel up to 25% is required, with strong engineering and communication skills valued.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4 years of nuclear power design, operations, or equivalent experience.
• SRO license or PE license desired.
• Excellent communication skills and PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensures prioritization of unit reliability issues and maintains plant health processes.
• Coordinates planning databases, outages, and reliability initiatives.
• Represents site in reliability forums and reports performance indicators.
