Job summary

Qualifications

• Attorney or judicial work experience in federal/state government or private practice.
• Experience with regulatory and statutory interpretation.
• Litigation experience (civil, criminal, trial, or appellate).
• Ability to provide written and oral legal opinions and advice.

Responsibilities

• Represent in agency adjudications or before administrative tribunals.
• Review technical documents for legal sufficiency.
• Perform difficult original legal research.
• Develop solutions to novel and complex legal issues.
• Prepare and file motions and briefs in litigation.
