Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Shippingport, PA, seeks a Refueling Services Supervisor to oversee the refueling resources, coordinate outages, and ensure safe, reliable execution of outage activities aligned with fleet and site goals.

You will lead skilled craft and contractor teams, participate in work-control meetings, support tool maintenance, and drive readiness and performance improvements while traveling to other plants as needed.

Qualifications

• Vistra Level 3 Refueling Services Technician with 3 years of Level 3 experience.
• Four-year technical degree with 5 years of refueling or nuclear plant maintenance.
• Navy Nuclear Supervisor or equivalent with 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Refueling Services personnel and contractors.
• Ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and per procedures.
• Coordinate with site management, INPO, and regulatory agencies.
• Support outages, readiness, and outage milestones.
• Travel to other Vistra Nuclear plants as needed.
