Job summary

Zachry Nuclear, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Quality Assurance Manager to lead the implementation and oversight of the NQA program across construction projects, fabrication facilities, suppliers, and other work locations.

You will ensure compliance with ASME Section III and NQA-1 while coordinating with engineering, project management, and procurement teams. The role requires extensive experience in nuclear QA, strong leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial quality role, with at least 5 years of nuclear construction experience and 3 years in a QA role.
• Experience in nuclear quality assurance, preferably in ASME Section III and NQA-1 environments.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and supplier qualification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the NQA Program as described in the Nuclear Quality Assurance Manual and supporting programs.
• Develop project-specific inspection & test plans, inspection documents, and quality procedures.
• Ensure projects comply with ASME Section III and NQA-1 requirements.
• Monitor quality inspections and surveillances at job sites.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and procurement teams to address quality concerns.
