Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project coordination, planning, scheduling, and tracking. The role requires prioritizing tasks under pressure while upholding safety and quality objectives, with a focus on DOE/NNSA programs and national laboratory operations in the Oak Ridge area.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple programs, and a solid background in nuclear materials operations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in management, engineering, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years experience with DOE/NNSA programs and sites preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and personnel simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project coordination, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
• Develop work plans, control procedures, and facilitate task execution with safety in mind.
• Serve as primary contact between stakeholders, team members, and clients.
• Monitor actions, track status, and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with DOE/NNSA personnel and other stakeholders.
