Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager for Nuclear Power Projects to lead maintenance, outages, and project execution on-site in Chattanooga, TN. The role focuses on directing staff, shaping contracts, and ensuring safe, compliant delivery of work within budget and schedule constraints.

Required are a engineering degree, substantial nuclear industry experience, and prior supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science.
• 8+ years of nuclear plant modification/maintenance experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in maintenance or projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight for Maintenance, Outage, and Projects personnel.
• Develop contract terms for implementation and execution of work.
• Oversee performance management for contract staff and seconded personnel.
• Plan and estimate work orders to meet quality, budget, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with project teams to scope, estimate, and execute across all phases.
