The role requires 5+ years in nuclear or highly regulated environments, a Bachelor's in a relevant field, OHSA 10, strong Excel/Word skills, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desired but not required.
• OHSA 10 certification required during onboarding.
• 5+ years in nuclear or highly regulated environments; 10 years preferred.
• US citizen; dual citizenship not allowed by client.
• English proficiency for clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF editing.

Responsibilities

• Promote Atlas Core Values and support Behavior Based Safety while ensuring a safe work environment.
• Serve as Project Quality Manager implementing the project quality program per ASME NQA 1 and ISO 17025.
• Independently report project quality activities and compliance to the Nuclear Program Quality Assurance Manager.
• Verify document and report compliance with project quality plans procedures and specifications.
• Plan and document independent field QA surveillance testing and inspections.
• Coordinate QA activities with the Project Manager and Concrete Quality Technical Manager.
• Control documents and verify nonconforming work including NCR/CPAR.
• Develop and oversee project QA plans, procedures, audits, surveillances and assessments.
• Manage QA documentation records document control and retention per NQA 1.
• Evaluate and surveil suppliers and subcontractors and ensure procurement QA requirements.
• Ensure personnel training and qualification records per NQA 1.
• Interface with project management, engineering and clients to provide QA reports and support quality issue resolution; work outdoors and support varied shift schedules.
