Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Lead Project Procurement Manager to join the APX Delivery Team, overseeing procurement activities for AP1000 projects. You will report to the Director, APX Supply Chain North America Projects and work at the Cranberry, PA facility on a hybrid basis.

The role requires 5+ years in complex engineering/procurement, experience in regulated industries, and PMP consideration. The base salary range is $116,800 to $146,000 per year, with competitive benefits and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration with a focus in Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
• Experience in Oil, Gas, Chemical, Nuclear, or other highly regulated industry.
• Experience managing a project/portfolio size of at least $5M.
• PMP certification preferred or in process; US Citizen for access to partners' and clients' technologies and compliance with import/export controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies with Offer and Project Teams; identify demand and suppliers.
• Coordinate RFx processes and establish sourcing strategies for suppliers and services.
• Lead negotiation of pricing, terms, and contract proposals; manage contracts and purchasing processes.
