Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Nuclear CMT Project Manager to lead field teams and manage projects from staffing through delivery, ensuring testing meets specifications and safety standards. The role will begin with responsibilities on general projects and transition to a nuclear project in Kemmerer, WY in early 2027 for a 2-3 year assignment (per diem available).

Qualifications

  • 10 years construction management with DOE or Commercial Nuclear Industry.
  • Direct experience implementing NQA-1 requirements.
  • 5 years directly supervising personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support field staff, providing daily direction, scheduling guidance, and performance oversight
  • Manage project execution including scope, staffing, client coordination, and issue resolution
  • Review and approve testing reports to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
  • Oversee proposals, billing, and project financial tracking
  • Partner with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and deliver reliable solutions
  • Champion safety by ensuring adherence to PPE requirements and active participation in Atlas safety programs

Job Description

The successful hire will transition their work to a nuclear project in Kemmerer, WY in early 2027 for 2-3 years assignment (per diem available during this period).
