Crescent Solutions is seeking a Nuclear Project Manager for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant in Two Rivers, WI. You will lead projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safe, efficient delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Strong experience with Primavera P6, NEO, and MS Excel is preferred. Travel to other nuclear sites for outages and projects is required, with collaboration across engineering, construction, and project controls.
Onsite: Point Beach Nuclear Plant - 6610 Nuclear Rd, Two Rivers, WI 54241
Pay: $80hr-$83hr
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading projects from conception through closeout, with a strong understanding of industry best practices in project management and project controls. Experience working within Power Generation Division (PGD), Wind, or other business units, is highly valued, as it provides an independent perspective and broader organizational insight that can be applied to the Nuclear organization.
Strong experience with Primavera P6 (P6), NEO, and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
The position will require periodic travel to other nuclear sites to support outages, planned projects, and other business needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering, construction, project controls, and other cross-functional teams.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and supporting projects that advance nuclear business objectives and operational priorities. Projects may vary in size, complexity, scope, duration, resource requirements, and level of cross-functional interaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining project momentum, coordinating cross-functional resources, identifying and addressing issues, developing recommendations, communicating project status, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within established schedule, scope, and budget requirements.
