Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Programme Controls Manager for the Hinkley Point C project. You will provide strategic leadership across a major nuclear infrastructure programme and oversee governance, reporting, and performance reviews.

This permanent role is based at Hinkley Point C, with a 37-hour week and flexible working arrangements. You will lead a controls team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure robust cost, schedule and risk management across a high-profile project.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading programme controls teams within a highly regulated industry.
• Experience managing governance, reporting and performance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead schedule, cost, risk and forecasting processes.
• Experience providing assurance and performance analysis to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leading and integrating programme controls activities across the MEH Alliance programme.
• Establishing governance frameworks and reporting cycles.
• Leading schedule, cost, risk, change and forecasting reviews to drive performance.
• Developing and mentoring a high-performing programme controls team.
• Producing programme performance reports and driving continuous improvement.
