Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Poland AP1000 Engineering Procurement Lead for oversight of responsible engineers across disciplines to procure equipment and commodities for AP1000 facilities. This part-time telework position requires at least three days of in-person attendance weekly at the office or project, reporting to the Project Engineer for procurement.

The role involves training the engineering team, coordinating with procurement and engineering management, and ensuring quality procurement packages

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related discipline with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience procuring equipment and commodities in nuclear or high‑quality environments.
• Experience leading a team of professionals.
• Authorized to live and work in the US without sponsorship.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of procurement activities including planning, specification development, material requisitioning, bid evaluation, award, and tracking, ensuring all activities align with Bechtel Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), BSAPs and project‑specific requirements.
