Job summary

ENERCON is seeking a Mid-Level Power Uprate Analysis Engineer to evaluate and implement reactor uprates at nuclear facilities. You will work with senior engineers to deliver high‑quality technical solutions, gain exposure to plant systems, and advance toward leadership roles.

Responsibilities include margin evaluation, system impact analysis, and coordinating modifications with cross‑functional teams. The role offers mentorship and growth toward expert status in uprates and nuclear engineering.

Qualifications

• ABET‑accredited engineering degree required.
• 3+ years nuclear power design engineering experience.
• 1–2 years uprates experience in nuclear power design.
• PE license or licensure progress is a plus.
• Experience evaluating large power generation systems to IEEE/IEC/NEC/NERC standards.
• Strong ability to understand and apply complex technical material.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, and civil/structural analyses.
