Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking a Project Manager for Nuclear Power Projects in Chattanooga, TN. This is a 12-month, long-term contract with a focus on leading complex nuclear projects and ensuring safety, environmental, quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, five years of utility project management experience, and PMI PMP certification is desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, technical field, or equivalent education.
• Requires five years of utility project manager experience.
• PMI PMP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning to closure, including post-project analysis.
• Develop and control project plans: scope, schedule, cost, risk, safety, quality, performance.
• Communicate with management, customers, and stakeholders; manage multi-discipline teams.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with TVA processes, policies, and applicable regulations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; manage changes in project scope.
