Job summary

Constellation is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function at our Byron, IL site. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive high-quality engineering results, and oversee a team of engineers and technicians in a fast-paced nuclear power environment.

Applicants should hold a PE license (or equivalent) and a Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 5+ years in engineering and nuclear power. This is an onsite role with comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Active/Inactive PE license or equivalent is required or will be required.
• Familiarity with ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standard for personnel qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Direct and develop engineering personnel to meet site and corporate objectives.
• Lead programs impacting site operations and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in business planning, budgeting and performance reviews for the engineering group.
• Serve as senior resource for NGG-wide programs and standardized engineering systems.
