Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Station Operator to perform daily operational activities at our nuclear facility. Under direct supervision, you will start, stop, and monitor pumps, valves, and switchgear, and execute administrative duties including log keeping.

The role requires nuclear unescorted access, familiarity with emergency procedures, and the ability to work as part of the fire brigade. Starting pay is $43.71–$48.51 per hour, with a January 2027 training class.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nuclear unescorted access.
• POSS and BMST tests completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate pumps, valves, switchgear and related components.
• Assist shift supervision in directing personnel during station operations.
• Monitor reactor and turbine systems, control room indicators and alarms.
• Follow Emergency Plan and NRC procedures; initiate required actions.
• Maintain logbooks and ensure proper handoffs at shift turnovers.
