Responsibilities

• Unload products per client specifications while providing excellent customer service.
• Act as a liaison with customers and internal teams; communicate issues promptly.
• Handle returns when applicable and ensure proper disposal of materials per guidelines.
• Complete delivery and return paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles and assist with stocking and inventory tracking.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and report any vehicle maintenance needs.
• Follow SOPs and safety standards in all duties; obtain required DOT training.
