Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required or preferred.
• CA State Pharmacist’s license or in process is preferred.
• 2–4 years of pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of biohazardous waste management preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work weekends, on-call, holidays, overtime, or rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmaceutical care to patients as a staff pharmacist, including compounding nuclear medications.
• Tests quality through chromatography and directs distribution of medication with drivers.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, and performance management for pharmacy staff.
