Job summary

You will prepare examinations, conduct trainee evaluations, and support audits by NRC, INPO, SAT processes, and management reviews, maintaining auditable training records and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 2 years of related experience.
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 (4.5.4) Standard knowledge or equivalent.
• Maintain access requirements and medical examination/testing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through training. Coordinates and conducts training programs for Reactor Operator and Non-Licensed Operator as required.
• Maintains current training programs with information from INPO reports, NRC bulletins/notices, CEC changes and new regulations.
• Prepares trainee examinations and conducts evaluations for classroom, lab, OJT, and simulator environments; conducts counseling and develops individualized training plans.
• Supports CEC and fleet in business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, and emergency preparedness duties.
• Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits and prepares responses to audit findings.

Education

High school diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience

Associate's degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 4 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science, education or training with 2 years of related experience
