Qualifications

• High School Grad or GED.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
• 7+ years of nuclear experience.
• 7+ years in nuclear maintenance/training.

Responsibilities

• Develops, delivers and improves assigned training courses, supporting materials and instructor/student evaluations using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
• Revises instructional materials to reflect changes in plant design, current plant practices, regulations, and/or operating philosophies.
• Provides direction and coaches less-experienced instructors.
• Serves as the training program lead to ensure all elements of assigned instruction comply with company standards, NRC regulations, INPO accreditation criteria, and other codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Overview

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Related industry OR nuclear training experience: 8+ years
