Job summary

Banner Health seeks a Nuclear Medicine physician or fellowship-trained radiologist to join the Division of Nuclear Medicine and Theranostics at Banner - University Medical Center Tucson. The role includes clinical service, education for residents and fellows, and active participation in theranostics programs and research collaborations.

The candidate should have ABNM/ABR credentials and Arizona licensure eligibility, with a focus on growth-oriented patient care and interdisciplinary teamwork

Qualifications

MD or DO with dedicated training in nuclear medicine.
Board certification by ABNM and/or ABR/NR with ABNM eligibility.
Authorized User of Radioisotopes eligibility or to obtain for licensure in Arizona.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a strong academic division providing comprehensive clinical service and education.
Participate in weekday clinical work and call coverage.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve service and patient care quality.
Provide lectures and case reviews for Residency, Fellowship, and Medical Student programs.
Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and translational research initiatives.
Support research and collaborate with clinical and translational researchers.
