Job Title: Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech (Rad Tech) (Contract)

Location:Tacoma, WA

Position Overview:

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nuclear Medicine Tech with Interventional Cath Lab experience to join our team for a contract assignment in Tacoma, WA. This is a rewarding opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Tech to provide exceptional care to patients. Job Details:

  • Assignment Length:16 weeks
  • Start Date:January 6, 2025
  • Shift:Night shift, 40 hours per week
  • 8 hours shifts, Mon-Fri, 0730-1600 + call
  • Pay Rate:Competitive pay of $3160 per week, with weekly pay, $1606 tax and $1554 stipend

Job Requirements:

  • Experience:Min 2 year. Interventional cath lab
  • Certification:BLS, Certified Nuclear Cardiology Technologist (NMTCB-NCT) Verification, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Nuc Med) - ARRT (N) Verification
  • Licensure: Rad Tech license in WA.
  • Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR
  • Additional Requirements:compliance with current facility health standards

Job Responsibilities:

Unit: Average # of scans/studies per day 12

  • Preparing patients for imaging procedures
  • Operating imaging equipment
  • Administering contrast agents
  • Ensuring safety and minimizing radiation exposure
  • Maintaining imaging equipment
  • Documenting patient information
