Job summary

Cardiovascular Center of Florida is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our outpatient cardiovascular imaging team in Orlando.

This PRN position offers a collaborative, patient-focused environment with consistent scheduling and exposure to advanced cardiovascular imaging.

Qualifications

• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required.
• Active BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of nuclear medicine experience preferred.
• Cardiology or cardiac stress testing experience strongly preferred.
• Outpatient imaging or cardiology settings experience preferred.
• CT certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac nuclear medicine imaging procedures per physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Support nuclear stress testing and myocardial perfusion imaging workflows.
• Prepare and educate patients for imaging procedures.
• Review images for quality and completeness prior to physician interpretation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and clinical teams.
• Maintain documentation within EMR and PACS systems.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, radiation safety, and infection prevention standards.

The Cardiovascular Center of Florida is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our growing outpatient cardiovascular imaging team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Tech who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-focused cardiology environment with consistent scheduling and advanced cardiovascular imaging exposure.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and imaging protocols
• Support nuclear stress testing and myocardial perfusion imaging workflows
• Prepare and educate patients for imaging procedures
• Review images for quality and completeness prior to physician interpretation
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation within EMR and PACS systems
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, radiation safety, and infection prevention standards
