Job Summary and Qualifications

Our Nuclear Medicine Technologists perform diagnostic tests and medical research involving radioactive drugs. They prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, then use imaging equipment to record images. They collaborate with doctors, physicists, pharmacists, nurses, and administrative staff to provide excellent care. Unlock career possibilities by joining a team that cares like family.

Responsibilities include:
  • Performing nuclear medicine procedures, including routine tests and therapies.
  • Participating in performance and quality improvement activities.
  • Following policies, safety, and infection control guidelines.
  • Complying with accreditation and regulatory standards.
Qualifications required:
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Two-year or four-year degree in Radiology Technology, followed by training in Nuclear Medicine, or equivalent certification.
  • ARRT NM certification or eligibility, with certification within 9 months.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of start.
  • At least one year of hospital experience in Nuclear Medicine.
  • Ability to accurately complete requisitions and operate equipment safely.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work under stress.
