HCA Florida Northwest Hospital is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform isotope administration for diagnostic imaging and to operate and regulate scanning equipment. You will ensure images are properly transmitted to PACS and assist in the daily department operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining a professional rapport with colleagues and reporting to the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor.

Formación

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• CNMT or ARRT-R Radiography certification is required or preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs those duties directly involved with administering a variety of nuclear isotopes for the purpose of scanning for and detecting pathology. Regulates the equipment used to scan for the isotope and send images to PACS. Assists in the daily operation of the Nuclear Medicine Department. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees. Reports to the Supervisor.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• High School Graduate / GED
• (CNMT) Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, or (ARRT-R) Radiography
