Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY, is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform Nuclear Medicine and PET procedures under physician orders, preparing radiopharmaceuticals and delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging while prioritizing patient comfort. CNMT/ARRT certification and NYS license are required; CT certification is required.

This role is based in the Schwartz Building with a schedule 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with potential 3-day-week transition including

Qualifications

• Diploma from an NMTCB or ARRT(R)-approved radiologic technology program.
• ARRT(N) or CNMT certification required.
• CT certification required.
• NYS license required.
• Graduate of an approved radiography program.
• Academic hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET procedures in alignment with physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
• Monitor and support patients throughout procedures, providing clear education and reassurance.
• Maintain equipment, documentation, and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
